Riley Projects partnered with Cedar Street Partners to re-envision the development potential for a multifamily mixed-use site at 600 Foothill Blvd in La Cañada Flintridge. The project has undergone several iterations, including a seven-story market-rate apartment building, a condominium project, and a for-sale townhouse development.
Most recently, the project was reimagined into a five-story, 80-unit residential building with 16 for-sale townhomes and 6,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space — developed with meaningful community engagement as part of a city-supported outreach process.
The transformation of 600 Foothill Blvd signifies a shift from the property's religious origins to a modern, mixed-use development that addresses the community's housing needs while respecting the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
