A curated catalogue of assemblies — wall systems, roof systems, kitchen and bath packages — each independently specified, tested, and warranted. Every combination works. Every selection is backed. When you configure a Riley home, you're selecting from this catalogue. There are no experimental combinations, no untested details, no assemblies that haven't been proven across multiple installations. The decisions are made because the system exists.
Zero Operational Carbon
All-electric. High-performance building envelope. Net-zero-sized solar array included in every plan — not "solar-ready," not optional, not an add-on. Net zero operational carbon is the Riley standard. The solar spec is sized to your specific plan's energy load. Additional panels for EV charging, battery storage, or future-proofing are available as low-cost add-ons.
Red List Free
No materials from the ILFI Red List across all standard finish packages. No formaldehyde-based adhesives. No PVC. No toxic flame retardants. No halogenated compounds. Every material in our system has been evaluated for chemical content, not just aesthetics. The healthiest place you can be is inside your own home — ours are specified to prove it, with documentation you can verify.
Designed to Get Better with Age
Materials are selected for how they perform at year 10, 30, 50 — not just at the photo shoot. Brass that patinas. Wood that mellows. Concrete that develops depth. Stone that wears smooth underfoot. Three layers.
One coherent product.
A Riley home is a product with three configurable layers. The plan is fixed but site-adaptable. The finishes are curated but selectable. Premium customization is available for clients who need to go beyond the catalogue.
The Plan
Preset floor plans, each defined by bedroom/bath count, square footage range, structural system, and massing. Plans are site-adaptable for orientation, setbacks, and slope — but not structurally modifiable at the standard tier. Every plan has a base price inclusive of the Core finish package and all standard inclusions.
Finish Packages
Three tiers — Core, Select, and Reserve — each fully specified and priced. Every package meets red list free and warranty standards by default. Add-ons are available within each tier: outdoor kitchen, additional built-ins, smart home package, and more.
Premium Customization
Layout modifications, additions, bespoke design elements, and materials outside the catalogue. This is a different engagement model — design fee, longer timeline, and the fixed-price product guarantee adjusts for the custom scope. Still built with Riley assemblies and systems where possible.
