• Guide downloads: Name and email address.
• SMS/text messaging: When you consent to receive SMS messages from Riley Projects, your mobile phone number, your opt-in and opt-out preferences, and the content and timestamps of text messages exchanged between you and your assigned Riley Projects team member.
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics).

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your project inquiries.
• Send the resources you requested (e.g., our Process Guide).
• Deliver newsletter updates you opted into.
• Communicate with you by text message about project coordination, scheduling, design consultations, construction updates, and your inquiries, only when you have opted in to receive such messages.
• Improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our website and manage communications:

• Vercel — Website hosting and analytics.
• Google Analytics — Aggregate website usage analytics (pages visited, traffic sources).
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (confirmations, newsletters).
• Supabase — Database hosting (contact records, project data, and notes).
• Sanity — Content management (no personal data stored).
• SMS messaging platform — Delivery of text messages you have opted in to receive.

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

SMS/Text Messaging

We will never share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in or opt-out consent data, or text message content with any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, your SMS data will not be shared with or disclosed to any third party except: (a) our SMS messaging platform provider, solely as necessary to deliver messages; and (b) as required by law, regulation, or legal process.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Riley Projects. We confirm that no further SMS messages will be sent to you from that number unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for assistance at any time. See our SMS Terms.

Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship or fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, and contact form data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction.
