Overview
Adjacent to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, this project sought to bring a new sense of warmth and motion to an austere section of downtown LA.
Warm and inviting ipe hardwood siding wraps up the building's exterior, contrasting with the steel trellis, storefront, and canopy. Inside, a continuous plywood ceiling ties the space together, flowing from the private dining room to the main dining room to the terrace.
